TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: All Happy Little Glamper Qld bookings require an upfront $100 deposit to confirm booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full 7 days prior to delivery date. Happy Little Glamper Qld reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment is not received as agreed above.
SECURITY BOND: A security bond of $100 is payable 7 days prior to delivery date. The bond is fully refundable if there has been no equipment lost, damaged or stained. The cost of any loss, damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
PAYMENT: We accept credit card, PayPal or direct bank deposit.

CANCELLATION: Happy Little Glamper Qld reserves the right to charge 75% of the full invoiced amount if the customer does not give 7 days’ notice prior to the delivery date. Happy Little Glamper Qld understands unforeseen situations can arise,
so please call us to discuss.
If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the delivery date 100% of the full invoiced amount will be charged.
DATE CHANGE: Customers can request a date change on the proviso that the preferred date is available and only if the reason to change is valid and agreed by both parties. A request to change date is required within 7 days of booking.
To change a booking within the 7 days will incur a $25 administration fee.
INCLUDED IN COST: Delivery (under 20km of Ferny Hills), assembly, styling, collection and general laundering
are included in the hire cost.
MINIMUM HIRE: A minimum of two A-frame tents at the price of $150 + delivery if over 20kms of Ferny Hills + Tolls.
STANDARD PACKAGE: A standard party is 4 tents. Additional tents are available and will be charged at a cost of $45 each.
HIRE PERIOD: The customer and the business will agree time of hire set-up prior to the party. Standard collection time is 11am on the following day of booking unless an alternative time is required. Longer hire times can be arranged subject to availability and charged at a rate of $15 per hour.
HIRE CONDITIONS: Happy Little Glamper Qld operates a strict:
NO CANDLES with flames permitted. Battery operated candles will be provided.
NO PETS are permitted on any of Happy Little Glamper Qld's hire property.
Tents are NOT permitted to be used outside.
All damages and permanent stains will be deducted from Bond
Please be careful with face paint, biro and food on the bed linen as they have been known to stain
DUTY OF CARE: It is the responsibility of the customer to take duty of care and always supervise children with hire equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the customer’s premises as Happy Little Glamper Qld hire equipment is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Happy Little Glamper Qld will therefore not be liable for any claim for personal injury or property damage however caused.
DELIVERY/SET-UP: Delivery, set-up and pick up within a 20km radius of Ferny Hills is included in the hire cost.
Delivery outside of this area will be quoted upon request and is an additional cost to the hiring fee. All Tolls will also be charged.
Delivery times will be discussed and agreed as part of all bookings.
